Form CheckS
Unlimited form checks for the movements in your program. Alongside being provided video tutorials, you have the option to record your exercises for extra focus on exercise correction.
WEEKLY and monthly COACHING CALLS
Options for weekly & monthly coaching calls allow for individuals to work with us more deeply through obstacles. This may include planning for the week or month to meet your goals, working through mindset shifts, navigating obstacles, and overall for more consistent accountability, feedback, and support.
RESOURCES IN-APP
All clients get additional access to resources within the app. This includes downloadable goal-setting worksheets, guides, deep-dive videos on health topics, and more to help along your journey!

During these calls, we’ll go over: your monthly progress report, weekly & monthly milestones for the upcoming month, discuss any changes in the plan, and work through obstacles together.

During these calls, we’ll go over your weekly training and meal logs, work through obstacles in your habits & routine, tackle and plan around upcoming events & travel, work through mental blocks, and we’ll be there to consistently provide extra support and feedback!
