HOW IT WORKS

  • Apply for coaching.

  • We will reach out to schedule a coaching call to ensure we’re the right fit.

  • Set up subscription payment plan via paypal. Alternative payment options available too!

  • Download our exclusive app for clients.

  • Begin on-boarding process and sign contract. The first week will be an intro and assessment week.

  • At the end of week one, you will complete your check-ins and receive your custom training plan.

    From there, every week you will complete weekly check-ins and we will message you directly from the app.

    The check-ins are to see how things are going and to see if any modifications are needed.

    If more support is needed beyond the weekly check-ins, that’s where we would recommend a higher tier coaching package.

When Joining, you’ll get access to:

  • Macro-tracking directly within our app.

  • Direct access to your training programs, with written and video exercise instructions included.

  • Track and report your daily habits like water, sleep, or steps.

  • On-demand videos and resources to help with self-education around training, nutrition, and wellness.

  • Communicate with us directly within the app for check-ins, accountability, and form checks.

Our goal is to educate individuals on how to use fitness as a tool for strength and wellness. We prioritize well-rounded training and nutrition routines that allows for flexibility and balance.
