WHO WE ARE

We’re Lexes and Bryan — an online fitness coaching duo! We’re both NASM certified personal trainers and have each been involved in fitness for over 10 years. Our goal is to not only help you get to your strength and fitness goals, but to do so while maintaining balance and your health along the way.

We work with everyday men & women who want to:

  • Learn and advance their technique and skill for lifting weights

  • Learn how to balance nutrition without restriction of foods

  • Build muscle, strength, or lose fat sustainably

  • Feel confident and empowered in their bodies and health

  • Balance the gym and meals with life (ie: work, travel, family, friends)

  • Learn to implement healthy fitness habits over quick fixes (ie: supplements, detoxes, extreme diets)
