COACHING ADD-ONS

HOW ONLINE COACHING WORKS

  1. Download Our App

The app will hold everything you need for your training and nutrition coaching. Once downloaded, you’re able to integrate apps like My Fitness Pal or the Health App to automate information like step count and daily food logs.

2. VIEW YOUR PROGRAM

Your custom training and/or nutrition program will be available for you to access through the app. For your training routine, you will be able to log your weight, leave notes and questions in the workouts, view exercise tutorials, and the app will track your progress with your lifts. For your nutrition plan, you can view your macro and calorie goals, upload images for food logs, and receive feedback for each log.

3. WEEKLY CHECK-INS

You will be assigned a day to report your progress and fill out your check-ins. The check-ins will be a short weekly form to go over obstacles (and wins) from the week. If adjustments and feedback are needed, this will all be discussed on that date’s check-in form within the app.

4. direct MESSAGING

If you have any questions or need to talk through obstacles, you can message us ahead of your check-ins directly within the app.

5. ACCESS TO RESOURCES

The app will hold your training and nutrition plans, check-ins, progress updates, messaging with your coach, and all other additional resources!
