TRX Home Workouts for Strength & Physique
This is an at-home training program offered by Flex Club for anyone who doesn't have access to a gym. All of these workouts will include everyday household items. This addition is for those who have a TRX. If you do not have a TRX, you can check out version 1!

Two gallon jugs of water
Chair, bench, or stool
Suitcase
Heavy books or heavy items
Optional: two heavy-duty grocery bags
